Why is it important to have a consistent career?
Hi It’s me,
I think this is my first English BLOG On this medium.
Today I would like to Talk about “career”
When i was high school Student, Friend of mine he started job at shopping mall
And he and he’s farther talk about he’s Job and He’s farther ask him something like
Do you wanna keep that job until your death?
I thought his father good point,
I think We all need career where you can enjoy learning until your death.
when i was young I worked in a huge cold warehouse as a Picking worker
And my boss was like
You get paid, because you’re doing a something painful things.
I don’t think this is very true.
But If you spend your life time into without building a career, One day you will be to live that way for rest of your life.
I did a lot work in a cold warehouse like a robot all day long,
carrying heavy luggage without using any brain,
And sleeping exhausted during a very short break,
And back to the work immediately,
And I can’t even see sunshine sky all day and it’s already dark when I go home.
And in the end It will replace to the robot.
I wonder this is okay for me, Nah, I’m so frustrated.
I was still a teenager at the time, and I asked my co-worker He was around 60 years old.
And I was like
“Why are you doing this kind of work ?”
Then he told me, “Young people like you, you can pick any job but for me super old alredy I can’t choose a job anymore.”
I think we should work wisely and desperately for the future, we can enjoy chill out as much as we want after we get rich.
And If I recommend you have a passion for a career that is compound interest,
I think you can ride the wave of life.
For example
① Manager (Let your people do work)
② Investor (Let your money do work)
③ Engineer (Let your skills do work)
You should be one of these three, if you have a clear idea of your talent
④ Artist (Let your talent do work)
However, jobs that require unique talent you have a great risks. If you have Just small talent, you can be unhappy.
I wanna talk about my favorit story from painter and a customer.
The customer asked the painter, “Why do I have to pay that work you drew in 10 minutes?”
And painter says:
“Because I studied for 10 years to draw in 10 minutes.”
I wanna you to aim for such a career if possible.

who founder of Softbank which is a most successfull company in japan, And He uses the wold “decide your life, the mountain you want to climb.”
After graduating from university and went back to Japan, for a year and a half, I didn’t do anything and was think about what I wanna do rest of my life. Where I should spend my energy, what mountains i want to climb, And after you decide the mountain you want to climb will determine half of your life.
Also, Jeff Bezos, who founder of Amazon.com , said this.
You guys will find that you have passions, and having a passion is a gift. I think we all have passions. And you don’t get to choose them, they pick you. But you have to be alert to them, you have to be looking for them. And when you find your passion, it’s a fantastic gift for you because it gives you direction, it gives you purpose. You can have a job, you can have a career
